How did I reach the world’s most important press group of my market niche?
I finally achieved one of my goals through persistence. In mid-2016 I had this idea of advertising at a press group of the fresh produce market. What did I do? I got in touch with Fruitnet Media International and asked about their advertising options. The group kindly showed all the possibilities and I then showed availability to write for them.
The group accepted and proposed a first exchange: they would publish the article, and I would have free publicity for Blossom Translations at Eurofuit magazine, the International Marketing Magazine for Fresh Produce Buyers in Europe. It is Europe’s leading supplier of news and information for the international fresh fruit and vegetable business.
The article was published on the magazine’s 501st hard covered special issue and it would be distributed at Fruit Logistica 2017. For the new readers, Fruit Logistica is the world’s largest event for fresh produce traders and I am an attendee since 2015.
